Darjeeling

Darjeeling is one of the most beautiful places to visit in India. It is a Himalayan city in West Bengal in India. It is a world famous tourist place; people from across the globe are attracted to this awesome place because of its extended tea gardens and weather. It’s an amazing place with many tourists’ spots. It well connected by trains from all parts of India or via flight till Howrah railway station and from there we can get many connecting trains. The transportation within Darjeeling is also very good. There are many taxis and local buses available.

I had been to Darjeeling which is most commonly known as “Queen of Hills”, with my family during my children summer vacation last year. People say that summer is the best season for its weather and it truly was the most memorable experience of my life.

Kanchenjunga Hills

There are many good hotels to stay which can be easily booked through internet or phone. The hotel staffs were very warm and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were more than what we had expected and were very affordable. There were many local spots to visit which we can see with the help of local tourists guide.

We started to explore the place in the early morning hours. We were suggested to see the Kanchenjunga Hills to view the beautiful sunrise. It was a magnificent experience for all of us. Since it was summer season hence there were not many clouds covering the view. After witnessing such a beautiful scene we headed towards other major attractions.

There were many places of interests the National History Museum displaying the rich fauna of the Darjeeling found at different levels of altitude. Then there was the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, it is one of the most unique zoo which is situated at a very high altitude against the glorious back ground of the mighty Kanchenjanga. This zoo is internationally recognized for conserving Snow Leopard and the Red Panda. Apart from these there were many other places to see and enjoy.

Darjeeling is definitely a sure shot place to visit next time whenever you are planning your vacation with your family.

From the time Mickey mouse was brought to life in 1928 till now the Disney Corporation has never stopped to amaze us. The Disneyland theme park in Anaheim, California was the only theme park of the Walt Disney parks and resorts to be built directly under the supervision of Mr Walt Disney. He got the idea of the park after visiting many parks with his daughters and since then the park which was started in an area of 160 acres has under gone many changes, expansions and demodulation including the New Orleans square, Bear country, Mickey’s toontown and many more. Disneyland has the most number of collective attendances all over the years.

Disneyland is a kind of Amusement park which is fun for kids and adults in the same way. It takes s about three to four days to experience the whole park.
